Feedy Needy Reaches Out To Scores Of  Locals

 

Feedy Needy, a non-profit organization in Phoenix, hosted a major hamper distribution in the build-up to Eid. More than 1000 locals queued at Abervale Road,Phoenix to receive the goodies in preparation for the holy month celebrations on Sunday 9^th May 2021

Many sponsors and volunteers were present to help with the massive distribution initiative.

Excited community members were delighted with the vegetable packs, sweetmeats, groceries, haleem,naan, chicken biryani and soji. Recipients heaped praise on the Feedy Needy team for this kind gesture.

Ramadan distributions 2021, like every year has proved to be very successful once again, and the organization has managed to reach out to scores of people from various areas in Kwa Zulu Natal. The distributions were made possible through the charitable nature and kindness of all sponsors, volunteers and staff.

Ultimately Feedy Needy as a Non-Profit organization reached their goal of ensuring that a large number of needy people from various communities were blessed. Grateful locals came in their numbers to receive their items.

It has been an exhausting yet exhilarating month with daily relief hampers and meals as well as weekly mass feedings, but Feedy Needy has managed to shed light through this Pandemic.

Feedy Needy apologies to those that have not received their hampers as there have been numerous requests for food items. Organization will continue to assist members with groceries in the days ahead.

Mother’s Day celebrations proved to be a hit as our beautiful ladies were treated to freshly prepared, sumptuous meals and food packs.
